I recently sold a camera (item #180170701458 can still be viewed) in which I described as accurately as humanly possible. Upon recieving the cameram the buyer sent me an email staing they were very happy with it and left positive feedback. Done deal, right?

Tonight I logged in and checked my messages in which the buyer is claiming the camera is a dud because she feels it goes through batteries too quickly. This was my personal item before I sold it and I never had any problems with it and it didn’t go through batteries any faster than any other camera I’ve owned. I clearly listed this camera as a used item and offered no returns.

She also claims that the camera box states it is refurbished. This I’m not sure about. I bought it from another eBay seller myself and never studied the box. It is possible, but if it is refurbished I did not know.

My question is, do I owe this buyer a refund? Is it a dud if it works great but goes through batteries?
