The buyer may have done everything right and for some reason, maybe a valid reason, poor wrapping, slow shipping, and they give a neutral. People immediatley respond with a negative and foul language. Not everyone does this, but many do. This has driven away more buyers than we will ever know. I have seen it time and again, “NO MORE FEEDBACK FIRST” on this board. Now you will no longer be able to retaliate with feedback to buyers. Sure there are non-paying buyers, but this is not the reason for this new feedback. Retaliation on the sellers part is the reason for it. Each seller that has ever done it, they can pat themselves on the back for you are behind this rule!
