Listing womens jeans

Clothing February 28th, 2008

Hello, when listing womens jeans, (and to avoid having to answer questions repeatedly), here are a few things buyers want to know about the jeans.

Size, style, waist, (this will usually be different from the tag size, as most jeans are lowrise, and therefore the so called waist is more like top of hips), rise (measurement from the crotch seam to the waistband), fabric content, inseam length, wash color, condition, original price, and flaws or alterations that have been made, including hemming.

Take pictures of the actual jeans you are selling. Cropped photo’s look nice, but may not be EXACTLY the same as the jeans you are selling. Just a slight difference in any aspect of the jeans may not seem significant to you, but could to a buyer.

Also, misses sizes are even numbers: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, while juniors are odd numbered 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13.
